FREE DELIVERY POLICY

• SIDING and ROOFING:
  There is NO CHARGE for the delivery of full job lots* of siding and related products made within our normal 50 mile delivery area. Roofing is priced on a delivered basis and we allow a $1.25 per square pick-up allowance on all asphalt roofing shingles.
  * Orders of less than $500.00 will have a $40.00 charge for delivery
  
  
• WINDOWS and DOORS:
  There is NO CHARGE for the delivery of windows and doors made within our normal delivery area on orders totaling $500.00.
  Orders of less than $500.00 will have a $40.00 charge for delivery
  
  
• BAY & BOW WINDOWS, SET-UP PATIO DOORS, & ENTRANCE UNITS:
  Customer assistance is REQUIRED on all deliveries of bay and bow windows, set-up patio doors, and entrance systems with sidelites, double doors, and (or) transoms.
  
  
• We do make C.O.D. deliveries. Please be on time.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

• SRW requires a minimum of a 50% deposit on special order items which could include custom sized or ordered window & door products, non stock roofing or siding items, etc.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

• C.O.D. accounts: 2% discount for cash, bank check, or postal money order, otherwise net. (No C.O.D. discounts are allowed for payments by check or credit card.)
  
  
• CHARGE accounts: Due NET 10th Prox. from statement date.
  
  
• C.O.D. payments may be made by Credit Cards. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
